Prepare your shoes

With the hurried pace of life these days, not everyone has time to go hiking alone or may be with full team family. But actually it can be planed and arranged successfully, even for someone who has no experience in hiking. Walking on a trail in a pair of cheap sneakers or plastic shoes can make you straight have blister feet and leg muscles weep. For a short, easy loop, you can get by with comfortable runners, but for anything more challenging, prepare hiking shoes. Evolution has been made over the last decade in footwear for outdoor activities.

Trail running shoes give great traction for sprinting across uneven terrain. The best ones are lightweight and have lugged rubber soles durable enough to absorb plenty of shock. Light trail shoes which are a little heavier than the runners, also have lugged rubber soles and are suitable for fast hiking. Day hikers, meanwhile, have some ankle support and are ideal for trekking across smooth trails when your backpack weighs less than about 15 kilograms.

Shoes relate to socks. Good hiking socks are made of blends of wool and polyester that can wick moisture away from your hot, sweaty feet and save you from blisters. While having long treks, some hikers like to layer a warm wool sock over a thin "liner" sock, made of synthetic fibbers. Because feet most work during the trail, prepare well for it and enjoy the hiking.
